  • 200 gms sewai


  • 700 ml milk


  • 450 gms sugar


  • 100 gms malai


  • 100 gms milk powder


  • 150 gms dry fruits


  • 150 gms ghee


  • 1/2 tsp orange food colur


  • 2 nos silver leaves

Directions

  • brake sewai . dry roast in pan
  • chop and fry dry fruits.
  • add ghee in a pan and roast sewai again
  • in a pan add milk . let the milk reduced
  • add milk powder. malai . sugar green cardamom.
  • add the ghee roasted sewai. dry fruits into thickened milk called quimam and cover it . cook for 3 to 5 minuets over low heat then switch off the gas let it covered for an hour.
